Our Shipping Approach
We want to get your kids' kitchen knives into your hands as smoothly as possible. We’ve partnered with a trusted delivery network to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered to your doorstep with speed.
Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong Only)
We currently ship exclusively to Hong Kong (including outlying islands).

Processing: Most orders are prepared and sent out within one business day (cut-off time 1:00 PM HKT, Monday–Friday). You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package leaves the warehouse.
Delivery Partners: We use SF Express to ensure reliable and efficient delivery to your door.
A Note on Delivery Addresses: Because we use private carriers, we are unable to ship to lockers, self-pickup points, or P.O. Boxes. A physical address with an adult recipient (18+) is required.
Missed Delivery: If no one is available to receive the parcel, SF Express will attempt delivery once. The parcel will be held at the nearest SF service centre for 3 business days. A HKD 30 re-delivery fee applies for any second attempt.
International Shipping
Due to the nature of our product, we currently only ship within Hong Kong and do not offer international shipping. For US based orders, you can purchase our Pinch Mini on Amazon US
