The 60-Day Trial
We want you to feel confident bringing fwah! into your kitchen. We encourage you to unbox your gear, put it to work, and make sure it’s a perfect fit for your cooking style. If you don’t love it within the first 60 days, we’ll make it right.
Simple, Prepaid Returns
For our customers in Hong Kong, returns are straightforward and on us.
Returns: We provide free for all returns within the 60-day window.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Replacements: If your item arrived damaged or has a defect, we will send out a fresh one immediately so you can get back to cooking.
Delivery Notes
How to start a return To begin a return, please send an email to returns@fwah.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Kindly allow our team to confirm the request and provide you with postage instructions.
Purchases from other retailers If you purchased your fwah! gear from a different website or a retail store, please reach out to that specific seller to handle your return. Their unique policies will apply to your purchase. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us directly so we can look into it for you.
Exchanges We do not currently offer direct exchanges for different products. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order for the item you’d prefer.
Item condition We expect you to use our products. However, for a full refund, items must be returned with all original parts and components included. If you’re returning an item you’ve cooked with, a quick wash before packing it up is always appreciated by our team.
Refund timing Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, it usually takes about 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
